6. Physical Fitness Certificate from a Registered Medical Practitioner.
7. Domicile Certificate of candidate.(If necessary)
8. Migration Certificate (In case of candidate passing qualifying examination from any other board other than Maharashtra State Board of Secondary & Higher Secondary Education)
9. Affidavit fro Minority status on a 100/-non judicial stamp paper (only for Linguistic Minority candidates)
10. AICTE anti-ragging undertaking by students & parents on Rs.100/- Non Judicial paper duly notarized(Format to be collected from Admin Office). Students & Parents also need to fill ONLINE at: www.amanmovement.org OR www.antiragging.in and printout to be submitted in Admin Office.

Documents required for First Year Admission Under CAP Seats:

1. CAP Admission Seat Allotment Letter from the CET CELL
2. Marksheet of SSC (Std. X) examination
3. Marksheet of HSC (Std. XII) / Diploma in Engineering (All Semester ).
4. MHT-CET / JEE Main Score card for current year.
5. Migration Certificate ( in case of candidate passing qualifying exam. from any other Board other than Maharashtra State Board of Secondary & Higher Secondary Education.)
6. Gap Certificate on stamp paper of Rs.20/- duly notarized. (This is for those candidates who have passed HSC /12th Standard in March 2022 or before and presently not studying in any course / institution.)
7. Domicile Certificate of candidate.(If necessary)
8. Caste Certificate for Backward class Candidates.
9. Caste Validity Certificate for SC/ST/VJ/DT, (NT-A), (NT-B), (NT-C), (NT-D) /OBC/SBC.
10. Non Creamy Layer (This certificate should be valid upto 31st March 2024) for VJ/DT-NT(A), NT(B), NT(C), NT(D), SBC and OBC .
11. Proforma –A, Proforma –B, Proforma – G1, Proforma – G2 required for Type of Candidate – C,D,E, respectively.( As mentioned in DTE (MH.) brochure. (if applicable)
12. Necessary certificates required for Type of candidate -Def-1, Def-2, Def-3,Physical handicapped students, J & K Migrant Candidates, Economically weaker section as mentioned in DTE (MH.) Brochure.( if applicable )

4. Diploma Marksheet.(All Semester)
5. Diploma Provisional Passing Certificate.
6. College Leaving Certificate after passing Diploma Exam from last attended College.
7. Migration Certificate.
8. Gap Certificate on stamp paper of 20/-duly notarized. (This is for those candidates who have passed Diploma in March 2022 or before and presently not studying in any course/institution)
9. Domicile Certificate of candidate.
10. All necessary documents required for Physically Handicapped and Reserved Catagory Students.
11. Affidavit fro Minority status on a 100/-non judicial stamp paper (only for Linguistic Minority candidates)
